After repair - First thing is we take off all handrail and decking (floor), We then inspect all joices and posts for damage or wood rot,replace as needed. Followed by powerwashing, scraping , sanding, spackle and caulk in areas where needed. Then we will completly prime all the wood that was either replaced or existing. Meanwhile we are priming the new wood and staining all cedar on the ground. Put it all up and re-stain and repaint the entire deck.

This is before repair was done, all wood replaced with new wood, Prime and (2) coats finish oil base to resist wood rot in the future before installation.	This after replacing railing, all joints where caulk , all nail holes filled with putty, followed by spot priming in areas where affected then a final coat of finish.
